Real Property Law

Real property law consists of several parts.

Under civil law, the emphasis lies on sales law, service contract law, private building law and architectural law.

The area on administrative law covers, in particular, building law, building regulations law and the regulations, plans and individual official measures drawn up in this connection by the building authorities.

We will represent you interests both with regard to civil law as well as administrative law, whereby we will advise you in close cooperation with our tax consultants to ensure that your real property business is carried out optimally from a fiscal point of view.

We are available right from the start to advise you, draw up your real estate contracts, organise the obligatory appointment with a notary public and supervise the processing of all contracts.

In addition, we will apply for the necessary planning permission and carry out all of the correspondence with public authorities on your behalf. In this way, we will assure that your building project is completed smoothly.
