Annual Financial Statement

In accordance with the corresponding regulations for drawing up a balance sheet, we draw up annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), IFRS and the fiscal regulations for accounting standards for all legal forms and types of companies.

• commercial and tax balance sheets for incorporated and non-incorporated companies as well as individual enterprises
• net income methods for tradesmen and professional people.

After drawing up the annual financial statement, it is always discussed with the client before being completed. During this discussion, we explain the supposedly dry figures in our office, using an online presentation.

It is a matter of course for us that the annual financial statements for our clients are completed during the first six months of the year. This is the only means by which you can give financial institutions or your fellow partners an overview of your accounting.

We have implemented organisational measures to ensure that your annual financial statements will be processed during the first half of the year. All of our staff involved in this process as well as the responsible partners work over and above the normal working week.
