MHP Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH (a trust and tax counselling company, formed as a private limited company) is a subsidiary of Maisenbacher, Hort & Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. We mainly work in the fields of real estate management for our clients. At present, we manage approx. 450 residential and commercial units with a total volume of 3,000,000 euros. Apart from using our staff's services in this field, our clients also take advantage of our tax counselling services in the field of accounting (bookkeeping, payroll accounts, payment transactions). In addition, by specialising in real property law, our legal department ensures that our clients receive the best possible legal services.

In the field of real estate management, our company provides property and freehold flat owners with the following services:

Property and tenancy management:

• leasing process and supervision
• booking all income and expenditures
• settlement of ancillary costs
• monitoring receipt of rents
• collection of overdue rents
• supervision and implementation of repairs and renovations
• supervision of all official regulatory responsibilities
• handling all other landlord responsibilities
